Applying For A New Club Premises Certificate

A qualifying club wishing to sell or supply alcohol, provide regulated entertainment or late night refreshment must apply to the Local Authority for a Club Premises Certificate. The procedure in applying for a new certificate is similar to that adopted in applying for a Premises Licence.
