Alcohol Licensing Appeals

If the Local Authority refuses your application or you are unhappy with the terms of the licence granted or any condition imposed within the licence, you have a right of appeal to the Magistrates Court. You must carefully prepare and lodge with the Magistrates Court  a Notice of Appeal within strict time periods.
